Join us on a journey through our sacred emotions to enter into a place of release and empowerment in a space cultivated by Barri DeFrancisci. In this lightly-guided, 90 minute session, we will begin with a heart opening cacao ceremony to connect with our heart, calm our mind, and open ourselves to deeper emotional insight and inner clarity.  It will be followed by a lightly guided embodiment practice where we will honor the full spectrum of emotions-allowing for release, expansion and empowerment. We will conclude with journaling to reflect on the experience.
